PyeongChang Peace Forum (PPF)

The PyeongChang Peace Forum (PPF) is an annual forum held in February and organized by Gangwon Province, PyeongChang municipality and Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) as a legacy project to commemorate and promote the PyeongChang Olympics spirit for peace which was illustrated by the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games and Paralympics.

The PPFs held from 2019 to 2024 address 5 themes – the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), Inter-Korea economic cooperation, Sport for Peace, UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Public Diplomacy - and youth as a special theme. Over one thousand participants from Korea and abroad have participated to address global and domestic challenges related to the 5 themes.
